I grew up in a big Italian family where the table was always the center of our gatherings. Holidays, birthdays, Sunday dinners… every memory began with a meal and the people we loved around it. That’s where I fell in love with the magic of a well-set table and how it can turn any moment into something unforgettable.
A Tavola means “at the table” in Italian, and for me it’s more than a name. It’s the feeling I want to create for others. I love fussing over the little details, arranging each piece with care, and watching everything come together to make a gathering feel effortless and full of joy.
From my family to yours, I can’t wait to bring your vision to life. Whether it’s an intimate brunch, a joyful baby shower, a cozy holiday dinner, or a celebration all your own.

You can secure your booking directly through our website. After selecting your desired package and size, simply click “Reserve Date” to choose your event date and pay a 50% deposit via our integrated Scheduling and Payment system.
Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps.

Absolutely! While we feature packages like the Fall Gathering and Friendsgiving, we also style baby showers, bridal brunches, engagement dinners, and cozy holiday celebrations.
If your event requires custom styling or is larger in scope, please select the “Custom Styling” option or submit an inquiry to discuss your vision.

No. To secure your event date, we require a 50% deposit processed immediately when you reserve your date. The remaining balance will be sent to you in a final invoice prior to your event date to complete the booking.

We proudly serve Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. If you are outside the immediate Pittsburgh area, please contact us with your location details to confirm availability and discuss travel fees.

For rental-only options, you can choose convenient drop-off and pickup times.
